4. How Payment Processing Works
When you complete a purchase on our website:

  1. You are redirected to or integrated with a secure payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, Google Pay, Revolut, or Klarna).

  2. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor.

5. Digital Product Delivery & Payment Confirmation
All products sold by DATARUMALGORITHMICA are digital software products (algorithms, indicators, and quantitative models).

Delivery Method: Upon confirmation of successful payment, your purchased software will be made immediately available for download. You will receive access to the download link via the email address provided during checkout, or directly through your customer account dashboard on our website.

Delivery Time: Delivery is instantaneous upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate and that spam filters do not block our communications.

6. No Refund Policy (Reaffirmed)
As stated in our Shipment & Return Policy, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products and the risk of reverse engineering of our proprietary algorithms, DATARUMALGORITHMICA does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team to resolve a technical issue is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to provide evidence of digital delivery, policy acceptance, and download logs to payment processors in the event of a dispute.
