Digital Delivery (Shipment Policy)
DATARUMALGORITHMICA specializes in digital software products, including algorithmic trading systems, custom indicators, and quantitative models.

Because our products are entirely digital, no physical shipment is required or provided.

Delivery Method: Upon confirmation of your purchase and successful payment processing, your purchased software (algorithm or indicator) will be made immediately available for download. You will receive access to the download link via the email address provided during checkout, or directly through your customer account dashboard on our website.

Delivery Time: Delivery is instantaneous upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact our support team. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and that spam filters do not block our communications.

2. Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. DATARUMALGORITHMICA does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products purchased.

Due to the nature of our products as proprietary, digitally delivered software, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Reason for Strict No-Refund Policy:
Our algorithms, indicators, and trading logic contain valuable trade secrets and proprietary intellectual property. Once a digital file is downloaded, it is impossible for us to verify that the software has not been copied, saved, or reverse-engineered. To protect our intellectual property and prevent the unauthorized distribution or reverse engineering of our proprietary trading systems, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
